Its buildings, consisting of charming little villas, directly overlook the beach, like a spacious balcony opening onto the seaside view below. The 130 rooms, all with patio or balcony framed by geraniums, bougainvilleas and a wealth of flowers, have all the comforts of a luxury hotel.
Founded in the early '50s, on the site of a small fishing village, by the Genoese aristocrat Paolo De Ferrari, after he fell in love at first sight with Biodola's fine pink-tinted sand, its deep blue, crystal-clear sea, the heart-wrenching beauty of the bay and its uncontaminated natural setting.
