The lakeside Dalat Palace, located in the heart of Dalat surrounded by a superb park, has an original 1920s style and charm. It has 38 rooms and 5 suites, a gastronomic restaurant, a brasserie serving international and local cuisine, a piano bar, Larry's bar, and 7 meeting rooms accommodating up to 300 delegates. Inaugurated in 1922 as the Langbian Palace Hotel, it changed its name to Dalat Palace Hotel in 1958.
The renovation of the Dalat Palace Hotel started in 1991.
It re-opened in 1995 under the Sofitel Dalat Palace, managed by the French ACCOR group of Hotels and Resorts.

Since October 2006, the Rabelais Menus have been created by French Master Chef Didier Corlou, an award winning chef in Hanoi.
