O’Kims Irish Pub HOTELS

O’Kims Irish Pub

( words)

While working in Korea at The Westin Chosun and Chosun beach Hotels, Irishman Ciaran Kelly created O'Kims Irish Pub, now a chain in Korea. It uses the most popular korean surname i=of kim and the O for the irish part. Ciaran Kelly remembers: "We also created a story (fabricated) about the great John O'Kim who travelled the world and of all the places he had been Ireland was his favourite and when he returned to Korea he opened an Irish pub in memory of his happy times in Ireland. In fact when I was there many people used to ask to meet John O'Kim." (which was Ciaran Kelly).
