( words)

"Our new press service for picture editors has been very well received by publishers all over the world!", says Andreas Augustin, President of famoushotels.org, the on-line service of THE MOST FAMOUS HOTELS IN THE WORLD. After the successful completion of its Beta-phase, the project is launched on 28 November, the birthday of THE MOST FAMOUS HOTELS IN THE WORLD (in 1986).www.famoushotels.org/press is both a "picture-on-demand" service as well as the permanent home of various hotel picture archives.

"It serves the hoteliers well as they can park all their images - historical and contemporary - on our site, and we organize them, add captions, make them downloadable. On the other hand editors can contact us for picture material. We browse our some 12,000 historical images archives and put the required photographs on the site for them to easily download them."In future stories about one of the 374 THE MOST FAMOUS HOTELS IN THE WORLD will contain more and more historical images, an added value, entertaining, informative and eye-catching.

"We will upload the historical images of 30 hotels in the next months, featuring our existing clients first. We have built the archives of hospitality over the past 21 years, we will now make them step by step available for on-line users."

The service can be viewed under www.famoushotels.org/press
