The occasion: 110 years Grand Hotel Royal Budapest famoushotels.org presented its book GRAND HOTEL ROYAL, BUDAPEST. In cooperation with Hungarian historian and writer Noemi Sally we also produced the Hungarian edition (160 pages full of historical treasures).

The exhibition:With 24 picture boards, in four languages (Hungarian, German, English and French) famoushotels.org organized a comprehensive history exhibition, in cooperation with the Hungarian Museum of Trade and Hospitality (Budapest, managed by Imre Kiss). The exhibition was presented in one of the three atriums and attracted hundreds of guests and visitors from the hotel and from the outside, stimulating golden memories of employees and regular guests alike.

Corinthia Hotels chairman Alfred Pisani shows the exhibition to the Maltese Minister of Trade.

Preparing an Exhibition:

Time frame: approximately three months to prepare (upon completion of the book = all photographs and historic content were already there).

Required Space: arranged as a temporary event on moveable pin-walls.

Treasures of the hotel's silver chamber were on display, presented by the Hungarian Museum of Trade and Hospitality.

Six large pin-walls displayed 24 boards with historical and contemporary images and captions in four languages.
